At EUVetCE Experiences, we offer small group seminars in an intimate setting. The number of attendees is between 30 and 80 people.
-
Our seminars are open to both veterinarians and veterinary technicians/nurses. We welcome both professions to attend.
-
Our lectures are typically five hours long (half-day) and start in the morning or early afternoon. The seminar schedule will be adapted to the location to allow attendees to experience Europe's captivating history, culture, and landscape.
-
The seminar will be conducted in English as the official language, and all lectures will be presented in English. There will be no translations provided.
-
The registration fee includes 15-16 CE hours, a certificate of completion, seminar notes, coffee breaks, and a welcome reception for the attendees. Family and friends can attend the
welcome reception for an additional fee. The ticket(s) can be purchased later, before the event. It DOES NOT include accommodation, travel expenses and taxes -
Although the EUVetCE Experiences encourages attendees to vacation with their loved ones while learning, only registered individuals can attend the lectures and coffee breaks. Your family and friends can attend the welcome reception for an additional fee paid during registration.
-
Each program will be submitted for 15 hours of continuing education credit.
-
The certificates will be emailed 1-3 days after the seminar. If you haven't received your certificate, please contact us at hello@euveterinaryce.com.
-
The speakers at EUVetCE Experiences are recognized specialists by the American Board of Veterinary Specialists (ABVS) or the European Board of Veterinary Specialization (EBVS).
-
Registration cancellations are available up to 90 days before the start of the seminar. Ten percent of the registration fee is non-refundable. No refunds are available within 90 days of the seminar, but you can transfer your registration to a future seminar. The transfer must be within a year of the original registration date. No transfers are available within 3 weeks of the conference. If you fail to attend the start of the seminar, you will forfeit the registration fee. You must request a cancellation in writing to hello@euveterinaryce.com.
